GoodJobs was an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) I founded that reimagined how companies evaluate and hire talent. Instead of relying solely on resumes, GoodJobs focused on testing candidates' actual skills through comprehensive tests and take-home assessments.

One of the platform's key innovations was the use of audio notes—a feature designed to intentionally slow down the hiring process. By requiring recruiters and hiring managers to record audio feedback on candidates, GoodJobs encouraged more thoughtful evaluation and helped filter for quality candidates who truly matched the role requirements.

For employers, GoodJobs offered powerful features including custom careers pages that could be branded to match company identity, comprehensive analytics to track hiring metrics and candidate pipeline health, and AI-powered features to help identify the best candidates and streamline the recruitment workflow.

The platform was built with the philosophy that better hiring processes lead to better hires—by focusing on skills assessment and thoughtful evaluation rather than quick resume scanning, GoodJobs helped companies build stronger, more qualified teams.

I eventually discontinued GoodJobs because I realized I didn't have the skills, connections, and experience needed to make the project succeed in the market I was aiming for. However, I'm working on a new iteration focused on a hyper-small niche, so this project will evolve into something new at some point.
